H-2 Visas:
Available to temporary/seasonal agricultural workers, certain temporary unskilled workers, and their immediate family members.
TN Visas:
Available to certain professionals from Canada and Mexico, and their immediate family members.
E Visas:
Available to traders and investors from countries that have a treaty of commerce and navigation with the U.S., and their immediate family members.
L Visas:

P Visas:

R Visas:
Available to ministers, religious workers, and their immediate family members.
